This drawing was inspired by the films (like Stalker, Solaris, and Mirror) of Andrei Tarkovsky, the Russian movie director. I was deeply impressed, affected by those crumbling industrial plants, forgotten, rusty steel-framed assembling halls, and the quiet, slowly flowing water everywhere.Â
